A Busy Day!

Good Wednesday morning! Yes, mine is a bit on the busy side.

I'll be heading into Greensboro this morning for appointments and a trip to Earth Fare. Then, this evening, I return to the city with Richard to have dinner with my in laws, Jim and Linda. Nice.

No exercise today. I overdid yesterday.
