A Sunny Sunday!

Good Sunday morning! Yes, another hot, hot day is going on outside. No walking for us. Since I didn't walk Murphy yesterday, due to his sore foot, I walked Maggie double. She was quite ready to nap the day away after we returned home.

Murphy is much, much better today. I really could not find the problem, other than I know it's with his foot: a torn pad, or scratch, causing some inflammation. We are using an antiseptic spray. Again, Murph is moving much better this morning.

I plan on exercising this morning with yoga and weight training.

We are having a quest arrive today. Richard's old buddy, Monroe, is coming to stay for a few days. I have not seen him in 30 years, They will have a great time together. I'll be included some too.
